Yum! Just the thing to eat after a nice stroll around the farm.

The stand where you buy it sells not only wasabi, but also a wasabi-vanilla mix and some kind of fancy vanilla flavor called ‘Cremia‘ that was like… ￥200 more than the other two!

The flavor of this pleasingly light green ice cream is quite earthy. Hunter and I enjoyed it! There’s a hint of wasabi but without the added nose-clearing heat, so it’s refreshing and delicious.

I can’t remember how much the ice cream was, but please try it if you’re ever visiting the Daio Wasabi Farm!
