Mmmmm yum. This was easily the tastiest thing I ate during Golden Week.
This dish is actually Chinese in origin and can be found at many Chinese restaurants in the Imabari area. It consists of a bowl of rice, topped with slices of pork marinated in some kind of sweet and salty sauce, with a fried egg or two on top. Please, please, PLEASE try it if you ever find yourself in Imabari; you won’t be disappointed!
