Camembert Cheese with Honey and Nuts

I don’t often eat out in my town. There aren’t a lot of restaurants, and I usually cook. However, if I do eat out in my town, there is an izakaya (Japanese bar) that serves a dish that has quickly become one of my favorite things about living here. It is a small wheel of Camembert cheese that has been heated up so it’s nice and soft which is then smothered in honey, topped with dried fruit and nuts, and served with garlic bread.

Now I’ll admit, I was a little put off at first at the prospect of combining honey, cheese, and garlic bread, but I took one bite and was instantly a fan! So good!
